Refund Policy

To return merchandise you need to obtain a RMA number by emailing us at , Read Return policy before emailing us. Once your return is approved we will email back to you RMA number which you will need to write on the returning package for expedited processing or it will delay your refund. 

Please include following in your email;

  • Order Number or Invoice number 
  • Reason for return
  • Total number of items you are returning

Refund PolicyIf you are not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to take it back under following terms and conditions:

  • Please report your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Product has to be in unused condition.
  • Product has to be packed in poly bags as it was sent by us, any loose towels returned in the box will not be accepted
  • Customer will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges.
  • Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fullfilled.

*Note: If you are interested in placing an order, we recommend to request a sample to be sent to you for review. You just have to pay the shipping and we will dispatch the free sample to you.
